Nonwoven Substrates

We design, develop and market high-quality and value-added nonwovens by strategically collaborating with distinguished overseas suppliers and by supervising the local workers and product quality. We can offer products of any material combination or thickness of your choice.

Spunlace

Spunlace nonwovens are soft and drapey sheets produced by entangling fibers with jets of water. As it is done without binders, they are used for personal care, cosmetic and medical purposes.

Pulp spunlace

Mainly made of pulp and capable to remove considerable amount of oil/grease with cloth-like durability.
Used for industrial wipes.

Cotton spunlace

Made of 100% cotton, soft to the touch with excellent water absorbency and retention.
Used for make-up removers, deodorant sheets, face masks, etc.

Microfiber-mix spunlace

Containing ultrafinely shredded fibers, with increased dirt removal capability and water absorbency.
Used for cleaning sheets.

Colored spunlace

Color fade resistant as colored during fiber production process (tested for washing fastness). Value-added for its lasting colors.
Used for face masks, hand wipes, etc.

Polyester spunbond

It has the characteristics of polyester, such as dimensional stability, heat resistance, climate resistance, breathability or permeability. It rarely has fuzzy edges when cut, thus used in various ways. We also design and develop film-like spunbond products, distinct from any other existing line.

Civil engineering applications

For rainproof sheet protection, road/railroad drainage, dirt/sand separation, etc.
Weight dispersion (100g – 500g/m 2 )

Agricultural applications

Weed-proof without herbicides; water permeable, weather resistant and dimensionally stable.
Weed-proof sheets (15 – 200g/m 2 )

Construction applications

Used for waterproofing asphalt, etc. as it is heat resistant and dimensionally stable.

Thermal bonded (air-through)

The characteristic is its bulkiness and soft touch. It is chemical binder free and hygienic, thus used for industrial wipes, surface materials for diapers/sanitary napkins, etc.

We design, develop and sell products made mainly of nonwovens. Following are our value-added products.

Table wipes

Commercial/industrial wipes manufactured by crisscrossing two layers of web, thus wash-resistant, durable and reusable. More porous and thicker than average, bumpy and easy to remove dirt. We can provide the product in any form – either as substrate rolls or final products.
Tested for wash and alcohol fastness.

Floor wipes (Fluffy Sheets)

Specially triple-layered and fluffy so as to trap and lock dirt/dust without dust collecting agent.

Multi-functional masks

For protection from influenza, yellow dust and PM2.5. We can conform the product to your needs, in selecting material/shape of the mask and ear loops.
Tested for N95 and BFE.

Overseas Business

We introduce high-quality, value-added nonwoven materials and products to manufacturers and retailers abroad. We assist Japanese cosmetics/quasi-drugs/cleaning supplies manufacturers in exhibiting and attending overseas exhibitions, to develop foreign market and promote sales together.

We have a variety of connections with large/mid-sized retailers, drugstores or manufacturers abroad and conduct consultation, using our knowledge, with Japanese companies that wish to export their nonwoven materials/products overseas.
